Pastor Springer is a graduate of Massillon Baptist College. He holds a Bachelors of Divinity degree. He has been serving in the ministry for more than seven years, as youth pastor and senior pastor in Delaware. Pastor Springer loves encouraging children and adults to serve the Lord.

Betsy holds a bachelors of science degree from Kent State University. Graduating with high honors, she holds a major in secondary education. She enjoys serving in the children and music ministries of Temple Baptist Church. The Springers have two children, Ethne and Jay.
